Deluxe Chalet
The Deluxe Chalet enjoys an intimate and secluded setting, located furthest away from the main lodge, and positioned in such a way to ensure complete privacy. Perfect for romantic breakaways, surrounded by the incredible nature of the Elephant Coast.
The Deluxe Chalet is complete with a luxurious king-size bed, en suite bathroom with a shower and your own private deck looking out over the lake. The suite is fitted with a draped mosquito net for extra comfort, a tea and coffee station and a mini bar fridge, which can be filled with beverages to suit your own taste. Floor-to-ceiling windows and the authentic wooden chalet invite nature indoors, making it possible to birdwatch, or enjoy a Hluhluwe sunset from the comfort of your splendid bed.
Double Chalets
Escape from it all, and relax into an authentic timber chalet at Nibela Lake Lodge.
The six double chalets at Nibela Lake Lodge are fine examples of secluded Hluhluwe Game Reserve accommodation with a difference. Hidden between the trees, these timber chalets blend effortlessly into their surroundings, ensuring nature is left uninterrupted. Complete with queen-size beds, bathrooms en-suite and private decks, the double chalets are ideal for a tranquil bush getaway.
A small mini bar can be stocked with your own personal choice of beverages, so every sunset will be to your taste. The coffee and tea station also ensure that you start and end your day on the right foot, with full access to your favourite hot drinks whenever you please.
1 Bedroom Lodge
Enjoy the views from our stunning one bedroom, one bathroom lodges that sleep four comfortably. The main bedroom has a queen-size bed with an additional two ¾ beds in the loft room. The lodge also has an open plan kitchen, lounge and dining room as well as its own private deck.
2 Bedroom Lodge
Experience the peace and tranquillity in one of our two bedroom, two bathroom self-catering lodges. The main bedroom has a queen-size bed, the second bedroom has two ¾ beds and there is a loft room with two ¾ beds. The lodge also boasts an open plan kitchen, lounge and dining room. Note: These lodges are not suitable for the elderly or children under the age of 3 as there are steep steps in the unit.
3 Bedroom Lodge
Escape to our luxurious three bedroom self-catering lodge and enjoy the mosaic of landforms which make up the iSimangaliso Wetland Park. Enjoy the views from the deck and relax in the beautifully appointed open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining room. All the bedrooms are en-suite and open out onto the deck area. The main bedroom has a king-size bed, and the other two bedrooms are fitted with two ¾ beds.
4 Bedroom Lodge
Our magnificent four bedroom lodges have views of Lake St Lucia with all bedrooms opening up onto a stunning wrap-around deck. All four bedrooms are en suite; two of the bedrooms are fitted with queen-size beds and the other two have two ¾ beds in each bedroom. The lodge is also equipped with a gorgeous open plan kitchen, lounge and dining room.
