Our aim is to give our guests a comfortable and relaxing stay in lovely surroundings with really delicious meals together with a good night’s sleep. To this end all 12 rooms are decorated and furnished with older style and antiques furniture in keeping with the age of these 2 lovely colonial Edwardian homes. All our rooms are decorated with taste and a quiet elegance.
Room 1
This room has a double bed. The en suite consists of its own private toilet, a bath and shower cubicle with a glass door. The hand basin is in a large vanity unit convenient for your toiletries.
Room 2
This room has an antique French double bed. The en suite consists of its own private toilet, a large vanity hand basin for all your toiletries and a large glassed shower cubicle.
Room 3
This room can either be a king size bed or 2 single beds whichever you require. Please let us know at time of booking which is your preference. There is a both with a hand held shower and a large vanity for your toiletries.
Room 4
This has a beautifully carved headboard and a double bed and a stinkwood antique wardrobe. The room opens onto a private courtyard with a small table and chairs so that you can enjoy your morning coffee in the sun. There is a shower en suite.
Room 5
This room has a double bed and has the luxury of having both a bath and a shower en suite.
Room 6
This room we call the ‘Honeymoon suite” as it has a beautiful antique walnut double bed which has been draped for a special effect. However the room also has a sleeper couch which can also be used for a child. The en suite has both bath and shower.
Room 7
This upstairs room has its own private balcony with views over the treetops and glimpses of the harbor. It is furnished with 2 single beds. There is a small dressing area and a shower en suite.
Room 8
A very popular upstairs bedroom with an antique walnut bed draped in silks. There is a very large desk in the office area for those requiring lots of work top space – this is separated from the bed area. The en suite has a shower and a very large vanity for your toiletries.
Room 9
Overlooking the swimming pool this room has a king size bed which can be converted to 2 single bed if requested. There is a sitting area with a work station and a sofa. The en suite has a spacious shower and a vanity for your toiletries.
Room 10
This room has a fancy old style mahogany headboard. The en suite boasts both bath and shower and has a large vanity for toiletries
Room 11
Overlooking the swimming pool this is a popular room with an antique French double bed. The en suite has both a shower and a bath and a vanity for your toiletries.
Room 12
This is a lovely large triple room on the first floor that has its own private entrance. The room is tastefully furnished with an antique double bed and an antique single bed. The en suite is a shower en suite with a large vanity for your toiletries. Lovely views over the trees towards the harbor it is well worth the climb!
