    the requirements of the discerning professional and business executive.
    The Loft’s tasteful décor and generous proportions are complemented by

    All rooms are equipped to provide our guests with comfort and luxury.
    We offer a laundry service and secure parking, and airport transfers can easily
    be arranged. Sica’s The Loft is situated at 35 Tighard Avenue, Durban.
    Sica’s The Loft is a peaceful establishment, close to some of Durban’s finest
    medical facilities, including; Entabeni, Albert Luthuli, St Augustine’s Hospitals
    and Oncology Centre.
    Sica’s The Loft is a Bed and Breakfast facility only, dinner is however available
    at Sica’s Guest House (main branch – only 500m away) served in the à la carte
    restaurant at an estimated amount of R185.00 to R275.00 per person for
    a three course meal.
    ROOM RATES:
    Single Room Rate at R900.00 per night on a bed and breakfast basis.
    Double / Twin Room Rate at R1200.00 per room per night on a bed and breakfast basis.
